Yes, with the Geo-Tagging feature enabled, the location is recorded when entering hours. It's not real-time tracking, but a point-in-time verification when clocking in. Coordinates are visible in the hours report and the feature is configurable per company (enable/disable).

Employees can clock in and out from their phone. Supervisors can review and approve logged hours, and the system automatically calculates overtime.
